The tree’s root system is actively causing physical damage to my property as the roots are uplifting driveway slabs, creating uneven surfaces. This has introduced a clear trip hazard, posing a risk to residents and visitors. The displacement appears to be ongoing, indicating that damage will likely worsen over time if the tree remains.
