Reduce by 50% (monolith at 8m from ground level) T37 Common ash (outside 22 - 42): Remove dead and diseased wood T39 Horse chestnut (outside 22 -42): Reduce and reshape crown by 2.5m (reduce leaders by 2.5m) T42 Common ash (outside 43 – 63): Sever ivy to 1.5m above ground level and report all structural defects. The main reason for wanting to fell Tree Number T11 with TPO Number 520 is the safety risk it poses. The tree’s root system is actively causing physical damage to my property as the roots are uplifting driveway slabs, creating uneven surfaces. This has introduced a clear trip hazard, posing a risk to residents and visitors. The displacement appears to be ongoing, indicating that damage will likely worsen over time if the tree remains.
