Listed Building Consent: Reconstruction of flank chimney stack and external walling together with removal of roof tiling and re-tiling following stabilisation works. Timber frame repairs and restoration to the south-west part of Chestnut Cottage including structural works, replacement and repair of some historic timberwork and some rebuilding of brick walls and foundations, lime render on laths externally and lime plaster on laths internally. Replacement flooring to ground floor dining room and hall. Underfloor heating and insulation works. (Some urgent repair works already undertaken to stabilise the existing structure).
