Proposal

Prune the following property items: T1 Maple located at the driveway boundary. T2 Hazel located at the front of the house. G3 Yew x2 located at the opposite the front of the house according to the following specifications: T1 - Remove the large diameter deadwood overhanging the driveway. T2 - Thin the coppice poles that are growing over the boundary towards the property and reduce back the remaining overhanging crown by 1.5m. G3 - Cut and trim back to provide at least 1.5m clearance of the building where possible. Remainder of the overhanging crown to be trimmed/ cut back as hard as possible whilst retaining green growth.
