Proposal

Following damage caused by the impact of a motor vehicle works are required to repair and reinstate damage to the existing external wall and replacement of the badly damaged ground floor timber window with a facsimile based on salvaged parts and adjacent matching window. External wall to be finished externally in painted lime-based render and painted weatherboarding to match existing. Also, the replacement of the damaged timber support post internally with a new post and internal plasterboard and skim finish on battens all to match existing materials.
