T1 - Fig Tree - Ficus Carica - Undertake selective pruning to reduce overhanging branches encroaching from the neighbouring tree, cutting back to appropriate growth points in accordance with good arboricultural practice. The works are proposed to prevent further contact with, and potential damage to, the boundary wall, while maintaining the health, structure, and natural form of the tree.
