Five Day Notice. T1 decayed Poplar at 93 Stapleton Hall Road N4 4RH. The tree has been pollarded to 2m from ground level and now has approximately 8m of regrowth above the pollard heads. The base of the tree is completely hollow, with an estimated 5% of live timber. It is not feasible to repollard the tree as it is always going to pose a hazard to surrounding gardens if left in situ. The tree needs to be removed in order to prevent it failing and causing damage or injury. I have attached some photos
