Limbs have become quite over extended and are at risk of failing due to excessive weight. Branches are also overhanging the property, leaning against first floor balcony, rubbing against the wall with the potential to cause damage. Proposing to reduce crown by up to 2m in order to manage size and form of tree and to create a more even, balanced crown.
