Variation of Condition 4 to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2003/02174/FUL dated 31st October 2003 for the "Erection of a three storey, plus part basement building (1040 sq m) to be used as offices (Class B1) on the Peterborough Road frontage, and a pair of 2 storey plus basement semi-detached properties on the rear of the site, comprising 2 live work units; together with related car parking and servicing.
