This letter requests a formal Scoping Opinion from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) with respect to the scope and methodology of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) undertaken for an upgraded replacement school and residential development on approximately 3.8 hectares (ha) of land at the Phoenix Academy, Shepherds Bush. The findings of the EIA will be reported in an Environmental Statement (ES) which will accompany the detailed planning application. School Component Retention and modernisation of the existing school buildings on the eastern portion of the Site, providing state of the art classrooms, technology and energy efficient designs.
