Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.

Pruning of an Ash Tree (T24) in the rear garden, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/24/8/70. The South-facing side has had a relatively recent crown reduction, while the north-facing side has been left untreated, with the tree now being severely unbalanced. All works are for routine maintenance.
