Reduce extended limb overhanging neighbours back by 2m from branch tip. Works required to contain tree in confined garden space. T2 Plum tree: Fell tree to low stump. Remove already fallen limbs in hedge row. Tree is poor condition with multiple failed limbs from decay and dieback. Ganoderma brackets present at base. Unsafe to retain tree.
