Planning application
27 Colvestone Crescent, Hackney, London, E8 2LG
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Two London Plane trees: 1 closest to 27 Colvestone Cres.; 2 closest to Sandringham Rd. Both trees: 'Maintenance works' to satisfy buildings insurance. Check for and remove dead branches and 'hangers'. Visual examination to check health of trees, signs of disease etc. Tree 1, remove up to 1m where branches touch or come close to the rear of nos. 23 to 29 Colvestone Cres., to allow more light in, and to possibly reduce leaf waste in gutters. Tree 2, possibly remove up to 1m where branches touch outbuildings in rear gardens of Sandringham Rd, if necessary.
