Mae'r datblygiad yn cynnwys y cydrannau canlynol: • Man Glanio 1 (man glanio ar gyfer Cynigion Morol Mewndirol SPEN) (Monkton, Swydd Ayr, yr Alban). • Llwybr cebl tanddwr Cerrynt Union Foltedd Uchel (HVDC) (Cynigion Morol Mewndirol SPEN) rhwng dau leoliad ar arfordiroedd gogleddol a deheuol Swydd Ayr yn yr Alban. • Man Glanio 2 (man glanio ar gyfer Cynigion Morol Mewndirol SPEN) (Curragh Shore, Swydd Ayr, yr Alban). • Llwybr cebl tanddwr HVDC (Cynigion Morol Mewndirol SPEN, Cynigion Morol Ehangach National Grid, a Chynigion Morol Mewndirol National Grid) rhwng man glanio ar arfordir Swydd Ayr yn yr Alban a man glanio ar arfordir Gwynedd yng Nghymru. • Man Glanio 3 (man glanio ar gyfer Cynigion Morol Mewndirol National Grid) (Gwynedd, Gogledd Cymru). Request for a scoping opinion under Regulation 14, Part 4 of the Town and Country Planning [Environmental Impact Assessment] [Wales] Regulations 2017. Development subject of the request is limited marine scheme of the Western Link 2 project that includes subsea cabling between two landfall locations on the Ayrshire, Scotland coastline (SPEN’s Inshore Marine Proposals), alongside subsea cabling between the landfall at Ayrshire, Scotland and landfall at Gwynedd, North Wales (National Grid’s Inshore Marine Proposals). It includes the following components; • Landfall 1 (landfall for SPEN’s Inshore Marine Proposals) (Monkton landfall, Ayrshire, Scotland) • subsea high-voltage direct current (HVDC) cable route (SPEN’s Inshore Marine Proposals) between two locations on the northern and southern Ayrshire coast in Scotland • Landfall 2 (landfalls for SPEN’s Inshore Marine Proposals) (Curragh Shore landfall, Ayrshire, Scotland) • subsea HVDC cable route (SPEN’s Inshore Marine Proposals, National Grid’s Wider Marine Proposals and National Grid’s Inshore Marine Proposals) between a landfall on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland to a landfall on the Gwynedd coast in Wales • Landfall 3 (landfall for National Grid’s Inshore Marine Proposal) (Gwynedd, North Wales).
