Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Red: clearing up an Oak tree that has fallen into waterway, Blue: felling a standing dead Oak tree that is over the waterway to prevent further blockages, Green: felling of a Goat Willow that is in poor condition that has previously lost limbs and a large section of crown through the fence, Yellow: Goat Willow with large failed limb hanging and need limb removed, Brown: A mixed of broadleaved Northern woodland edge specimens to be removed. The trees are highlighted due to their poor form, poor condition and past poor pruning in the form of boundary line pruning. Black: standing dead Oak to monolith and retain for ecology. Pink: Common Alder to be removed. The risk of harm produced by the QTRA calculation fell within the 'unacceptable when imposed on others' range. (TPO P1/201/264)

The process from here
Permission has been granted, usually subject to conditions listed on the decision notice, some of which must be discharged before work starts. The decision notice on the council portal sets out exactly what was approved.
Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses. Neighbours cannot appeal a grant; challenging one means judicial review of how the decision was made, within tight time limits.
About trees applications
How this application type works
Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.

G1 Yews. (x3no) Carry out crown reduction work of 3m on radial spread and 1.5m from height and upper canopy. Current height is approx 10m and would be 8.5m after pruning, width of all trees as one, approx 15m and would be 12m from marque to car park. Reason for work. Trees are encroaching on to main building and onto dining area marque, also, pigeon foul is a problem due to area being used for dining, debris drops everywhere and , tree nearest car park has a basal decay on tension side of stem. We wish to alleviate sail area and spread to minimise impact of these trees (TPO P1/201/399).
