1. Holm Oak near house - crown by approx. 10ft and shape to keep away from the building. 2. Holm Oak ? Fell - Growing at a precarious angle, some dead wood in the bottom of the tree which is making the stability concerning. Also growing into specimen trees affecting their growth.. 3. Holly trees at the end of the property - encroaching on the neighbouring properties to the rear, there is the potential of them falling and damaging the neighbours property and causing damp issues on the roofs as they grow over them - reduced by approx 4-5m to prevent any issues on the boundary.

T1 HAWTHORN (4m) To fell - dieback - immediately next to parked cars. T2 FALSE ACACIA - a small amount of additional localised cutting is now required. Removing a further 30mm vertically from the base of the tree will provide sufficient clearance from the wall to allow ongoing inspection of the tree, as well as preventing horizontal loads being applied to the wall (T2 Document 1, and T2 Photos 2-4). Additionally, one dead limb (12cm) needs to be removed (T2 Photo 1).
