Due to its close proximity to the structure and its continued growth potential, removal is considered the most appropriate long-term management solution. To mitigate the loss of tree cover and maintain the landscape character of the site, a replacement tree will be planted in a more appropriate location, sufficiently offset from buildings and underground services to allow healthy long-term growth.

Mountain Ash to the front garden. The leaves and foliage to approx 1/3 of the tree have turned brown and shrivelled rapidly with the foliage given a scorched burned appearance. Please see two photos: the first taken 10.07.26 and the other today 27.07.26. demonstrating the rapid decline of the foliage. Upon initial investigation we believe the trunk to have contracted a bacterial infection. This is one of three. - to remove the dead infected areas. This work should be undertaken in a timely fashion to prevent further spread of the disease.
