Removal of a Eucalyptus - The tree is judged to pose a risk in particular during high winds/winter storms when the tree canopy and branches twist and flex. Should branches or the tree fall it will potentially demolish the adjacent garage and/or damage the owners property. The tree poses a risk of subsidence to the garage at 125 and adjacent dwellings given its proximity (30 feet?) and clay soil.
