Proposal

Fell Palm - planted as a small ornamental plant but has grown rapidly, sheds a lot of mucky seed heads and leaves into the pond - can poison the fish if not attended to, impacting the growth of the silver birch tree next to it., removal will enable the birch tree to grow. see sketch plan . There are no plans to replant. The rest of the trees in the garden are an ash and 2 silver birches.
