Tulip tree which is approximately 6m high - Dismantle and fell a diseased/dying Tulip tree in the front garden of the property (would like to replace the tree with another tulip tree or a similar but we believe that the ground in this area may well be contaminated. Previous tree in this location, a beach tree, had to be removed about 12 years ago as it was also diseased. We therefore feel there would be no point planting a replacement tree in the current location).

A structural surveyor noted that the root system of the tree is pushing against this wall, and has caused cracks to appear, and indicated that the removal of this tree is necessary to preserve the wall from further damage.
