  In the rear garden of Flat 1, Park Place House is a mature Sycamore tree. We are applying for permission to carry out a cut back on the tree over the garden in order to reduce the spread of the tree over the garden area and provide more light and space to the garden. There is evidence of previous work being done to the tree so would suggest a cut back to previous points which would amount to a cut back of approximately 2-3 meters over the garden. The Sycamore covers 70% of the garden and has a crown spread of 10 meters wide by 15 meters high approximately.
