T4 of TPO 515A - Yew - Proposal to prune growth around base of tree to preserve tree. As the tree dies back from the branch ends the tree will put on additional epicormic growth. The tree does this in an effort to stay alive, unfortunately they rarely do as the issue is with the root system.
