Internal works to: Reinsulate external walls including plaster board finish; Remove the rear/secondary staircase; Create a new opening between lounge and dining room; Remove stud walls and dropped ceilings and install vaulted ceilings; Remove fireplace surround, step and piers, and create new openings between rooms.
