Determination as to whether prior approval is required as to the siting and appearance of the installation of 6no. antenna apertures on 3 no. rooftop tri-pod frames, plus the installation of 3no. new transmission dishes onto new steelwork. 1no. existing pole mounted transmission dish will be relocated onto the new steelwork and the support pole will be removed. 6no. equipment cabins, plus 1no. meter cabinet, will be installed on the lower level of the building, within the existing compound and ancillary development thereto. The existing 6no. pole-mounted antenna will be removed form the rooftop, as well as redundant steelwork.
