Following the visit on 6 August 2024 by Martin Jenkins, NCH (Arb), Tech Cert (ArborA), TechArborA, the following works were discussed and agreed with homeowner / applicant as works necessary to maintain the tree stock at a suitable size for a domestic property. (1) Irish Yew in the back garden. Reduce by approximately 50%, this equates to a 2 ? 3.0m reduction. (2) 3 Silver Birch. Reduce the two largest trees in height by approximately 3.0 ? 4.0m and spread by 2.0 ? 3.0m.

It's an indian bean tree located the front of the house. It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.
