15 - Willow - 7.00 metres - 250mm diameter - Semi-mature - Raise low canopy To 4.0 meters as branches are encroaching onto building and need top be reduced. 16 - Ash - 10.00 Metres - 300mm diameter - Semi-mature - Fell to ground level- this is due to poor health of the tree 17 - Willow - 15.00 metres - 450mm diameter - Mature - Fell Fell to ground level - this is due to the health condition of the tree deemed as fair (Fair - Showing significant defects that can be remediated by the removal or reduction of damaged branches ) we will also be reducing the height of the hedge as this is due to being over grown and encroaching close to the building.

It's an indian bean tree located the front of the house. It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.

Oak tree covered by an area TPO. A reduction is required to preserve the surrounding properties due to the tree encroaching on boundary gardens. The roots of the tree are already disturbing foundations and causing heave. Suggested reduction of 30%. The impacted tree does not appear to be labelled (or this cannot be identified from documents seen), aerial view of the tree provided. The tree sits within the boundary of 29 Kingsmead, encroaching the neighbouring properties, 47 & 48 Kennett Gardens.
