It's an indian bean tree located the front of the house. It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.

Elder Trees Undertake a height reduction of approximately 2-3 metres and prune selected branches to reduce spread and maintain the trees at an appropriate size for the garden environment. All works to be undertaken to current arboricultural best practice. ________________________________________ Reasons for the Works The trees have grown substantially in height and spread and are now creating excessive shading within the rear garden and affecting general garden enjoyment and maintenance.
