Proposal
See plan for details, trees to remain in place marked in green, those we are requesting to remove marked in purple/ red. 1. Remove 3 x leylandii, planted too close together, and preventing the 2 broadleaves in front of them from leafing properly. Aim to replace with 1 apple tree in the corner. 2. Remove 2 out of 3 silver birches to improve light, leaving one in place (birches to be moved in purple ink, birch to stay in green) 3. Remove beech at the back of the garden: overcrowding, will eventually be HUGE. 4, Remove broadleaf evergreen at north end of plan, to increase light to lawn area and beds.

It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.
