Proposal
Reduce Conifer (tree 1 on sketch plan) by 30% for safety reasons, casting excessive shade and overhanging neighbouring garden. Also remove large dead limb where it overhangs adjacent fruit trees. Cut back lower outer branches of large Prunus (tree 2) to reduce overhang on the neighbour's side. Cut back one branch from Flowering Cherry (tree 3) which also overhangs the neighbour's garden on left hand side.
