Proposal
The proposal consists of the removal of the existing driveway to the rear of the property and its incorporartion into the residential garden. The works include the breaking up and removal of existing hard surfacing and the laying of new soft landscaping, including lawn and/or planting. The area will be enclosed by following on the 1metre wall and hedging on our side for privacy.
