The Remedial Action Statement shall include a timetable for the implementation and completion of the approved remedial measures and a Verification Plan specifying how, when and by whom the installation will be inspected. All land contamination reports shall be prepared in accordance with CLR 11, PAN 33 and the Council's Advice for Developing Brownfield Sites in Fife documents or any subsequent revisions of those documents.
