Compliance with Condition 25 of approved 21/02819/EIA - No development shall take place until a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing to the planning authority. The CEMP shall include pollution protection measures to avoid an impact on the environment, as well as a scheme of works designed to mitigate the effects on sensitive premises/areas (i.e. neighbouring properties and road) of dust, noise and vibration from construction of the proposed development. The use of British Standard BS 5228: Part 1: 2009 Noise and Vibration Control on Construction and Open Sites and BRE Publication BR456 - February 2003 Control of Dust from Construction and Demolition Activities should be consulted. It shall provide the following details: - Site working hours; - Adherence to good practise in protecting the environment and ecology; - Dust, noise and vibration suppression; - Protection of water environment; and - Details of any other measures listed in the Schedule of Environmental Commitments in the EIA Report to mitigate the impact of the development's construction on the environment. The approved CEMP shall be thereafter be implemented for the duration of the construction works.

Compliance with Condition 9 of approved 21/02819/EIA - No development shall take place until a Construction Method Statement (CMS) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the planning authority. This may be submitted as part of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) specified within the EIA Report Schedule of Environmental Commitments. The CMS shall include, but not be limited to, a phasing and layout for the site during construction (including storage areas to materials) as well as construction times and operations. The CMS shall specify that no operations shall take place within 250m of the reservoir during season in which Pink Footed Geese are at Cameron Reservoir.
