Compliance with condition 1 of approved 24/00459/LBC - BEFORE ANY WORKS TO REPLACE THE GLASS WITH SLIM CONSERVATION GLAZED UNITS TAKES PLACE, a detailed survey of the existing windows from a suitably qualified professional shall take place and their findings and recommendations, including existing and proposed 1:20 window sections with survey dimensions and 1:1 astragal details shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved unless changes are subsequently agreed in writing with this Planning Authority.
