FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, the Blue Stane present on site shall be protected and remain in situ during development unless otherwise agreed in writing with this Planning Authority prior to any necessary alterations / temporary relocation occuring. A Heritage method statement shall also be submitted that includes details of the existence and significance of the Blue Stane.
