Proposal

Compliance with Condition 18 of Planning Permission 23/01942/FULL - PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) shall be submitted to, and approved by, the Planning Authority, after consultation with Transport Scotland as the trunk roads authority. This should consider the construction impact in relation of vibration, noise and dust and propose appropriate mitigation. Thereafter, all construction traffic associated with the development shall conform to the requirements of the agreed Plan.
