The protective measures shall be retained in a sound and upright condition throughout the construction process and no building materials, soil or machinery shall be stored in or adjacent to the protected area, including the operation of machinery

The CEMP shall also include all mitigation measures for protected species as set out within the Preliminary Ecological Assessment. All construction works shall then be carried out in full accordance with the approved details.
