Proposal
Compliance with Condition 7 and 10 of Planning Permission 21/00346/FULL- That before any works start on site, a detailed landscaping framework shall be submitted to Fife Council as Planning Authority for prior written approval. The landscaping framework shall indicate the siting, numbers, species and heights (at time of planting) of all trees, shrubs and hedges to be planted across the whole site. A timetable, which shall include annual planting targets shall also be provided for prior written approval. Planting shall then be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. All planting carried out on site shall be maintained by the developer in accordance with good horticultural practice for a period of 5 years from the date of planting. Within that period any plants which are dead, damaged, missing, diseased or fail to establish shall be replaced annually and; Before any works start on site, full details of the proposed hedge planting along the whole length of the perimeter and internal fencing shall be submitted to Fife Council as Planning Authority for prior written approval. The submitted details shall indicate the siting, numbers, species and heights (at time of planting) of all hedges. Thereafter the planting shall be completed in line with the approved details before the site is brought into use and shall be maintained by the developer in accordance with good horticultural practice for a period of 5 years from the date of planting. Within that period any plants which are dead, damaged, missing, diseased or fail to establish shall be replaced annually.
