The CTMP shall consider the proposed haul route or routes for HGV trips (M90 Junction 4 Kelty Interchange (B914, B915, A823 and then the D10 with the reverse of that route when leaving the site) and contain details of the proposed wheel cleaning facilities. The wheel cleaning facilities shall be provided and maintained in operational condition throughout the construction works so that no mud, debris or other deleterious material is carried by vehicles on to the public roads.
