Proposal

This application seeks consent for a range of internal and external works to the house. Internally, the works comprise alterations to the fireplace in the sitting room, a new gateway within the existing cupboard by the front door, and the installation of a Tesla Powerwall inside the barn. Externally, the works comprise of joinery repairs to the barn gable door; replacement of the barn door and kitchen door with new doors; a new glasshouse on the site of the previous one; removal of the existing modern shed in the garden and its replacement with a new shed, relocated to the end of the garden; roof repairs to the privy; installation of new joinery to conceal a new electric vehicle charging point in the car park; and installation of solar panels.
