The first tree(T1) on neighbour's side ( No. 16) has been reduced last year. It is required to reduce the tree at no.15 to maintain a continuous balance and symmetry among the companion canopies. The following action will be implemented: Reduce canopy spread of west quadrant by approx. 2.5-3 metres to realign canopy of neighbours tree( No.16 MG). ? Reduce height by approx. 2 metres to match canopy of neighbourstree ( No.16 MG). ? Reduce east quadrant lower canopy ( Common Road side) by 1.5 metres to keep clearance from HGV vehicles and reduce mechanical stress load on over extended bottom branches. Maximum pruning cut will not exceed 80mm in diameter. Pruning practice should meet BS3998 criteria.
