Proposal
Notification of intent to carry out Tree Surgery Works to No. 1 Tree within a Conservation Area. T1= Ash tree with die-back, 50 feet in height. Reduce back to 35 feet to make safer and hopefully reinvigorate the growth of the tree. Reduce lines are marked on the attached photograph to show approximate pruning points. The tree is growing above the mill channel (leat) so the client is concerned that if nothing is done the tree will begin to shed limbs which could block the leat.
