Selective pruning of overhanging branches encroaching toward the building line to facilitate safe erection of scaffolding and access for building maintenance. Proposed works include pruning back branches by approximately 2 metres from the building facade, reducing lateral spread over the scaffold working area, and removing any dead, damaged, or obstructive growth where necessary to achieve clearance.
