Following a tree assessment significant structural feature s have been found. The trees has several historical large pruning large wound where decay and signs of mechanical subsidence are visible. Record shows that the overall canopy has been reduced in 2017. A partial remedial work to tidy up the recent damaged has bee already carried out, however it is recommended to reduce the apical reiteration growth by 3 metres and reduce lateral overextended limbs on south- east, south and south west quadrant by 3 metres to compensate the loss of canopy and mitigate structural subsidence.
