Notification of intent to Fell No. 2 Trees and Carry out Tree Surgery Works to No. 3 Trees within a Conservation Area. T1 Western red cedar(Thuja plicata) - Fell to ground level T2 Western Red Cedar - Fell to ground level T3 Holly - Trim apical portion by 1.8 metres to improve natural light for PV solar panels. T4 Yew - Trim apical portion by 1.5 metres to improve natural light for PV solar panels. T5 Holm oak - Trim apical portion by 1.2 metres to improve natural light for PV solar panels. The proposed above tree work is considered necessary to enable the implementation of already approved plan Application Number 25/01633/HOU (Householder Application) to improve the coach house especially with regards of solar panel performance. The retention of the two Thuja specimens by remedial tree surgery has been evaluated but since the constraints dictated by the trees' height and form a reduction unfortunately it is not viable. On the other hand the conservative approach has been considered on the other native trees which are more in keeping with the character of their surrounding. It is believe that the loss of the two western red cedar wont affect or change the amenity asset for the public viewer as the tree are set back and covered by the large specimens and the other vegetations along the high street and by the entrance
