Notification of intent to Fell No. 1 Tree within a Conservation Area. T1 - Yew Tree at the rear of our garden which is growing exponentially. It takes up a significant portion of the rear garden creating excessive shade and dry areas around due to it uptake of water from the surrounding land. And we are unable to make full use of the garden as a result. There are no other similar trees in the neighbours gardens immediate area. The garden is a rear garden which can not be seen from the road. We would like to remove the tree and its stump in its entirety to allow us to enjoy a greater portion of the garden.
