Notification of intent to resurface existing track from the corner of Broadway Lane to Manor Farm requires re-surfacing to provide safe access for vehicles and livestock movements and to prevent track erosion. The proposed new section of track from Manor Farm northwards will replace the existing unsafe (steep) track and provide safe access for vehicles and livestock movements to the northern field parcels within the unit. The existing track serving the northern field parcels of Manor Farm will be removed (as shown on proposed site plan) once the new track is built.
