Notification of intent to Fell No. 3 Trees within a Conservation Area. Tree A: 1x dead Wid Cherry tree which is in dangerous state, some branches already falling off, it is located next to our garage and would cause damaged to the structure when it falls down, permission to completely remove this for safety reasons due to being completely dead. Tree B: 1x Wild Cherry tree which is half dead. The main trunk splits it two spurs/trunks near ground level, both of which are leaning at an angle towards the neighbouring property boundary and one trunk is leaning on old structure in our property, permission to completely removed this tree for safety reasons as the tree is dying, approximately half the tree dead already. Removal of this tree will protect the neighbours Laurel trees from damage and afford them more light as well as protect our garage from damage should it fall in the opposite direction. Tree 3: 1x Cypress Fir. The tree has multiple spurs/trunks growing from the one base, these spurs/trunks are leaning at an angle and would cause damage to the neighbours Laura trees should it fall in that direction, and cause damage to our garage should it fall in the opposite direction, permission to completely remove of this tree to protect the neighbours Laurel trees from damage and afford them more light as well as protect our garage from damage should it fall in the opposite direction.
