Planning application

The Southgate Hotel Southernhay East Exeter EX1 1QF

Granted Exeter 26/0802/CAT Works to Trees in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

82991 - 2x major primary limbs growing in a south western direction can be seen bracing eachother from ground level, at approx 6m above ground level. Flaring can be seen on the larger limb, potentially supporting the branch above. Unable to determine the structural integrity of the branch. Potential for the branches to be reduced to lessen the tip weight if required. Carry out a climbing inspection to determine the structural integrity of the rubbing primary limbs growing in a south western direction at approx 6m above ground level. Record and report findings.
