T1 Willow, remove to ground level due to fungal growth and general very poor condition/ end of life in high pedestrian traffic area used by vulnerable and elderly residents. Plan to replace with a more appropriate species in a preferable location. T2 Lawson cypress reduce height by approximately 2m away from phone wires & lightly prune sides to maintain an appropriate size for space available.

The walnut tree in the front garden is in a very poor state with dead branches and dead leaves. We would like to undertake some dead wooding and crwon thinning to reduce the risk from the dead wood to the owners, the neighbour and the public. We would like to see if this imroves the health of the tree. In addition a silver birth needs pollarding as it has grown very heavy with leaves. Some of these leaves cause and obstruction to the foot path No work has been undertaken on these trees in the last 10 years at least.

The neighbours in the adjoining property, The Old Rectory in Matford Lane, are supportive of the proposal. Ginko Tree next to and damaging the ancient cob wall between 1 Long Acres and the properties in Wayland Avenue. The Ginko is to be cut down to a height of between 1 and 2 metres to hopefully enable it to regrow but pruned regularly on the wall side of the trunk to train it away from the wall.

Oak tree on no mans land embankment which over looks garden of 18 Falkland Close, Exeter, EX4 5EZ. It has a large branch overhanging our garden. Tree surgeon Mitchell Tree Surgery has visited site and advised it needs to be removed. He says it is a large overhanging heavy limb which could cause considerable damage. Last year a large branch from a neighbouring oak next to It came down in a storm and caused damage. Our neighbours in number 18 and ourselves are concerned about this particular branch we wish to report to be removed. The tree itself has grown to 60 foot plus range and we all feel our houses are at risk. Sketch plan attached
