Proposal
I think the tree is an Arizona cypress and have included photos. I would like to remove the tree entirely as it has caused issues with neighbours telephone/broadband wires and on several occasions branches have fallen onto the building next to it causing minor damage. I would be happy to plant a replacement tree in a different location if required.
